Chilliwack and Fraser Health Rural

This adult housing service supports Chilliwack residents age 19+ who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The residence provides lifeskills, counselling, connection to community services, support in finding long-term housing, and up to two years of residence in individual housing suites.

The Annis offers individual living suite with a private bathroom. Residents have access to laundry, community gardens, communal kitchen, and common lounges. Each participant will be assigned a case manager that works with them to develop a personal goal plan for their stay at the Annis residence.

As part of the referral process, Annis requires clear assessment of any risk factors that could harm the participant or other residents living at Annis. This includes 30 days clean of any drug and or alcohol use prior to entry.
