Supports individuals to gain access to, and maintain, private rental housing in the community.
The Housing Hub is a housing first program with supports that operates in Chilliwack under the umbrella of Pacific Community Resources Society (PRCS). The Housing Hub offers permanent housing using market rental units secured by building partnerships with Landlords. Housing Hub staff support participants through weekly home visits to help them stabilize their housing and achieve their personal goals.
