A weekly group giving education and information to women during pregnancy and the first six months after giving birth.
This Canada Prenatal Nutrition Program funded by Health Canada is a support program for pregnant women and new moms. In this program, families can access the centre's local grocery store once a month for milk, eggs and other dairy and protein items at no charge.

This program is offered every Tuesday from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM
