A weekly group providing education and information to women during pregnancy and the first six months after giving birth.
For women who are pregnant or have a new baby under 6 months old - this group meets in person, once per week, to learn and support one another. Topics cover pre and postnatal health, nutrition and parenting. Childcare and lunch are provided.
