Primary Health Care Centre

Offers primary health care with on-site physicians, dental care, a weekly youth clinic and monthly maternal health clinics.
Primary Health Clinics are held at Stó:lō Health from Monday to Friday from 8:00am until 4:00pm. Services are by appointment only.

The Nurse Practitioners manage common acute and chronic illnesses, and offer preventative health education and planning to help patients be as healthy as possible. Nurse Practitioners offer holistic health assessments and treatment plans and encourage clients to take an active role in health care decisions. Nurse Practitioners can diagnose and manage illnesses, prescribe medication, order tests, and more.

The Children’s Oral Health Initiative is a service provided to on-reserve First Nations children to help them establish and maintain healthy teeth and gums. COHI provides dental services to children from birth to age seven.

The Maternal Health Clinic provides services to pregnant women of all ages whose family doctors do not offer obstetrics services. It is designed to ensure pregnant women are receiving appropriate services to maximize opportunities for safe pregnancies and healthy babies and mothers. The Maternal Health Clinic is supported by COGS, a group of eight Chilliwack physicians offering services to pregnant women. Monthly on Wednesdays: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm. The clinic is generally scheduled by appointment, but will accept walk-ins.

Provides health care services to all who self-identify as Aboriginal, First Nation, Metis, or Inuit.
