  • Seniors Aging with Grace and Enthusiasm (SAGE): A participant-led program for senior women that reduces isolation and builds community through shared meals, social connection, and creative activities. Weekday sessions offer food support, peer connection, mindful movement, educational activities, and outings, while linking participants to housing, medical, financial, and social resources to support overall wellbeing.

  • Understanding Abuse Group: Provides participants with information about the different types of abuse and how they may manifest in relationships. The group will discuss the impacts of abuse and the importance of self-compassion. Participants will also learn how to set and maintain healthy boundaries with partners, family and friends. Assertiveness training is incorporated into this program in order to help participants achieve a healthy and balanced life.

  • Building Resilience Through Self-Compassion and Mindfulness Group: An 8-week support and psychoeducational group that provides practical tools for mindfulness, self-compassion, self-acceptance, and building inner strength.
