Homeless Prevention Program

Provided by Connective Support Society

Connects people who are homeless or at risk of Homelessness with the supports needed to sustain stable housing.
The homelessness prevention programs assist people with complex needs, such as those transitioning out of the criminal justice system or those experiencing chronic or episodic homelessness. They help to secure safe and affordable housing, maintain positive tenant and landlord relations, and access rental subsidies.
