Provides food and phone calls to seniors who are isolated and lonely.
Bread Delivery Program: As part of the Compassionate Care Program, seniors receive a weekly bread delivery from COBS and other generous donors, delivered directly to their homes. Referrals are welcome for individuals who may benefit from this service.
Phone Pal Program: The program includes a weekly check-in to ensure seniors are doing well and feel supported. Referrals are welcome for individuals who may benefit from this service. Please contact the team to have them added to the call list.
