Provides food and phone calls to seniors who are isolated and lonely.
As part of the compassionate care program they provide seniors with a weekly bread delivery from Cobs and other donors, straight to their doors.
They also have a Phone Pal Program where seniors can call if they are feeling lonely and isolated.
Additionally the organization can help you with resources by providing a guide of what is available.
Lastly, the organization has an Advance Care Planning program whereby the process is started for thinking and planning ahead in case there comes a time when a senior can no longer make their own health care decision.
