Provides various health services to the Boston Bar community.
The Anderson Creek Health Clinic provides services to the whole community. Doctors and Nurse Practitioners are available every Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Accepting patients in Boston Bar and area through the BC Health Connect Registry
A public health nurse visits weekly to facilitate women’s health and youth mental health. An appointment is needed. A Community Health Representative (Drug & Alcohol Addictions Navigator) and Legal Aid services are also available.
Family counselling service is offered every Tuesday morning. The health centre provides employment assistance services, literacy help, and Early Childhood Development. The Child & Family Worker is available every other Friday.
The clinic also makes outreach visits to Boothroyd (1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month from 10:00 AM-11:30 AM) and Spuzzum bands (3rd Wednesday from 1:30 PM - 2:45 PM).
