- Grief Chat Coffee Group: A monthly Grief Chat Group that offers the opportunity to explore what Hospice offers as supportive programs for the individual, family and friends.
- Comfort Calls: Comfort Calls (via phone or zoom) are offered weekly from a trained Hospice Volunteer to those who are not ready for grief support.
- Nature Bathing Walking Group: A walking group that offers resources on loss, grief and bereavement.
- Circle Bereavement Group: This circle group provides support to those who are figuring out how to move forward in life while still cherishing the memories of a loved one. Topics covered include coping strategies, sadness, holidays and events, grief timelines, feelings and other life changes.
- Camp Skylark: Camp Skylark is an annual, day-long bereavement camp for children ages 7-12 who have experienced the loss of a loved one. In addition to traditional camp activities (such as rock climbing, hiking, swimming, ropes courses, archery, etc.) which allow kids to be kids without the worry of taking care of their loved ones, Camp Skylark offers special bereavement activities for children in order to teach them healthy coping strategies. Some of these traditions include lantern making in honor of their loved one, a lantern ceremony, memory circles, sharing circles and music therapy. It is provided free of charge. Every year the bereavement camp is held at Camp Squeah, just minutes outside of Hope, BC.
