Provides medical advice, social support, and care to individuals who are gender diverse.
The Chilliwack Gender Care Clinic provides medical advice, social support, post-op care, and hormone and surgical readiness assessments/referrals by a social worker, FP and nurse practitioner, to all ages of gender questioning, gender diverse, and transgender individuals.
The Fraser East Primary Care Network, Fraser Health Authority and the Chilliwack Division of Family Practice offer this service together.
An appointment is required. Referrals should be made by email, fax or phone. Only accepts referrals for patients who live in Chilliwack, Agassiz/Harrison Hot Springs, Hope and Fraser Canyon. The clinic is not currently accepting patients for Social Transitions; if you are seeking social support please contact the Transcare BC Navigation Team, or connect with the Chilliwack Gender Support Network.
