Not currently accepting referrals; waitlist available.
The Chilliwack Gender Care Clinic provides medical advice, social support, post-op care, and hormone and surgical readiness assessments by a social worker, GP and NP, to all ages of gender questioning, gender diverse, and transgender individuals.
The Chilliwack Youth Health Centre and the Chilliwack Division of Family Practice offer this service together.
An appointment is required. Referrals should be made by email, fax or phone. Only accepts referrals for patients who live in Chilliwack, Agassiz/Harrison Hot Springs, Hope and Fraser Canyon
