Strong Start Programs - Chilliwack, Hope, Agassiz

Provided by StrongStart BC

Early learning programs providing school-based early learning services for adults and their young children, aged birth to five, at no cost to families.
The Strong Start early learning program is a free, early learning service for adults and their young children, aged birth to five years old.

Children have access to high quality learning environments and benefit from social interactions. Adults who accompany the child(ren) learn about new ways they can support learning, both during the program and at home. Qualified early childhood educators lead the learning activities which include music, stories and art to help children prepare for success in kindergarten.

The Strong Start program expects parents and caregivers to participate in organized sessions like story time, in play activities and in serving a healthy snack. Parents and caregivers will also benefit by making connections with others attending the program.
