Support Services for Seniors

Provided by Hope Senior's Peer Counselling Society

Helps older adults to access government supports and other support services.
This program works with senior citizens to enable access to government and support services and provide information about health and well-being.

Access to services such as Advocacy, Assistance in accessing government and other resources such as CPP, OAS, HAFI and SAFER grants, BC Tenancy Rights, Healthcare and other essential services; Volunteer Visitors, Respite Services for Caregivers.

The group does in-person visits with clients, in keeping with COVID guidelines, but also keeps in touch with clients via telephone.
